The first consultation and the estimate offered by a digital marketing firm should be free of any charge or obligation. Many agencies may actually start with what’s called a website audit, which allows the team to evaluate the current performance of the brand. The estimate should be a final one and without any scope for hidden costs.

A company that has been handling digital marketing for many clients will never shy away from showing case studies or profiles of businesses they have worked with.

Call a few previous and existing clients and get their feedback before giving a nod to the digital marketing company.
